Britannia

Tucked away in the charming town of Kanmantoo, Britannia is a transformation of the former Carob and Hare and is a destination for art, culture food and entertainment. Offering a bar and cafe, accommodation, function space and art gallery in an historic stone cottage, Britannia is open on Wednesdays between 10am and 12pm for Coffee and Connect; on Fridays from 5pm until 10pm for dinner and drinks with live music and an open mic; and on Sundays between 12pm and 4pm for art sales and wine and gin tastings.

Marshi’s Kitchen

One of Stirling’s newest restaurants, Marshi’s Kitchen has a Sri Lankan twist that honours the owner’s homeland.
Opened by chef Marshi Gnanasooriya, who was born in Colombo, Sri Lanka, the restaurant is a transformation of Stirling’s Locavore, offering a menu that Marshi describes as “Modern Australian with a Sri Lankan accent” alongside a carefully curated beverage list featuring SA producers.
Marshi’s Kitchen is open daily from 7.30am, serving breakfast and lunch, with dinner offered from 6pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
